Dysfunctional patterns come from our survival mechanisms and trauma responses in our subconscious programming.
Unfortunately that is out of our control…
…Until we become aware of it and consciously follow the universal pattern-breaking process.
Join us for a powerful healing circle where we’ll explore this growth process and begin integrating it through meditation.

Spring Into Joy Despite Life’s Storms
We often put a lot of pressure on ourselves to settle all turmoil and get every duck perfectly lined up before we can be happy, and unfortunately that never works…
The best skill to develop is embracing joy and fulfillment no matter what else is going on.
This is NOT to bypass the healthy processing of trauma and resolve struggles, but to train ourselves to come out of the victim cycle more efficiently and live with a joyful umbrella even when the fan is raining crap.
